Sel-love required courage and kindness. Courage to say NO to things, situations and even people that are not good for ourselves. Courage to be intentional instead of being in “automatic mode”.
Kindness to ourselves, accepting that we are in a growing process.
When we love ourselves, then we can impact in a better way to our environment.
